Most AI Hub hiccups come down to a connection or a run in progress. Here are the common ones and how to clear them.
"Select at least one connected source to search"
Your search has no connected source selected. Pick at least one connected source (searches default to DAT) and run it again. If a source is disabled, check the next item.
Some sources only work with a specific origin city. DAT supports multi-state and zone searches, but sources like SPOT, RXO, Emerge, Mode, and Arrive need a specific city — a state-only search returns nothing on those. See Connect loadboards and email.
A source or mailbox needs reconnecting
If a source or your sending mailbox drops, AI Hub shows a connection-status banner or badge with a reconnect flow. Reconnect there, then retry. Sending also needs a mailbox connected on the active tab.
"Book It failed"
If a Book It send doesn't go through, you'll see a "Book It failed" toast. The usual cause is the sending mailbox: check that your mailbox is connected on the active tab, then try again. See Book It and the booking flow.
The AI-mode selector is locked
If you can't change the AI mode, a run is probably in flight — the selector is disabled during a run, with a tooltip telling you to wait for the current run to finish before changing mode. Let the run finish, then switch. See AI modes.
Something still off? Report it
Every run has a Report a problem option. Use it if a draft, a send, or a filter behaves in a way you didn't expect.
