AI Hub works in tabs — each tab is one search context. Set one up, run a search, and let the agent find and rank the loads. You can search two ways: fill out the form, or just tell the chat what you're looking for.
Creating a tab and running a search in AI Hub A short screen recording will be added here.
Create a tab
The tab bar sits at the top of AI Hub. From there you can create, switch between, and close tabs. Each tab keeps its own search, sources, AI mode, and broker threads — so you can run one tab for reefers out of Texas and another for a driver heading home, without them getting tangled.
Run a search — from the form
Fill out the search form with your lane and equipment, pick your sources, and run it. A couple of things to keep in mind:
- You need at least one connected source selected. See connect your loadboards.
- Searching a whole state or zone works on DAT; other sources need a specific origin city.
Run a search — by asking the chat
You don't have to touch the form. Type what you want in plain English and the search agent turns it into a structured search for you. For example:
Reefers out of Dallas to the Southeast, dropping by Friday.
The chat builds the search, runs it, and pulls the results into the tab. It's the same search either way — pick whichever is faster for you.
What happens next
Results come back scored and bucketed, strongest matches first. From there:
- Read the load statuses — Open, Engaging, Ready to Book, Attention, Out, and Booked.
- See how loads get ranked — tiers, RPM, deadhead, and market context.
- Ask Numeo AI to filter or re-rank what came back.
