Voice mode and confirmations

Voice is a full mode of the same AI Dispatch conversation — money actions get a spoken read-back and a yes; search and questions run on their own.

3 min read

Voice is the same AI Dispatch conversation as the rest of AI Hub, just spoken. The rule that matters: money actions always get a spoken read-back and an explicit "yes" before anything goes out.

Spoken, but the same conversation

Voice isn't a stripped-down driving mode — it's the same agent and the same thread, worked out loud. What you can do by typing, you can do by talking.

Money actions need a spoken yes

For a booking, a bid, or anything sent to a broker, the agent reads it back and waits for you to say yes. For example:

"$2,850 with TQL, picks up Dallas tomorrow 8am — should I book it?" → "yes"

Only after your spoken confirmation does it go out. It's the voice version of the same gate that protects Book It on screen.

Search and questions run on their own

Not everything needs a confirmation. Searching and answering questions execute on their own — the spoken gate is reserved for actions that commit money or reach a broker.

Call status

When the agent is on a call about a load, the call's outcome is classified for you, and voicemail is a real load status you'll see when a call goes unanswered. See Reading load statuses.
