Reading load statuses

The load buckets in AI Hub — Open, Engaging, Ready to Book, Attention, Out, and Booked — and what each one means.

3 min read

AI Hub sorts every load into a plain bucket so you can see where it stands at a glance. Under the hood there are 20-plus states; the board rolls them up into five buckets plus Booked.

The buckets

  • Open — freshly found and ranked, not worked yet. This is your fresh board.
  • Engaging — an email thread is live on the load: the agent is negotiating, or a booking email is out and you're waiting on the broker.
  • Ready to Book — the agent has everything it needs and the load is ready for you to commit. This is where you'd hit Book It.
  • Attention — needs a decision from you: a question to answer, a call outcome to review, or a load that didn't process cleanly.
  • Out — off the table: a duplicate, no match, cancelled, covered by someone else, or declined.
  • Booked — the broker confirmed. Booked loads land in your Booking History.

A load that's still being scored shows a spinner until it settles into a bucket.

Filter by bucket

Status chips let you narrow the board to one bucket at a time, in this order:

Open · Engaging · Ready to Book · Attention · Out

Tap a chip to focus — for example, jump straight to Attention to clear anything waiting on you, or Ready to Book to work your commits.

A note on "covered"

You may hear "covered" and look for a button — there isn't one. In AI Hub, covered is a load state: it means a broker told you the load is gone, so it moves to Out. The action you take to commit a load is Book It, and it's yours to press.
