Meet the AI Hub agents

The AI Hub agents in plain English — search, scoring, chat, email, outreach, the send gate, and voice — who does what and how they hand off.

4 min read

AI Hub isn't one big bot. Behind the board is a small team of agents, each with one job — find, rank, work the thread, book — passing a load down the line. You mostly talk to the chat; it brings in the rest. This is who does what, so you know what's happening when a load moves.

The team

  • Search agent — takes what you ask for, typed in plain English or filled into the form, and turns it into a real load-board search. This is the handoff line with search: it finds the candidates; everything else happens on top. See the search agent.
  • Scoring agent — ranks and tiers what comes back so the strongest loads float up. See how AI Hub ranks loads.
  • The chat (planning agent) — the assistant you actually talk to. For anything bigger than a quick answer, it plans the steps and drives the other agents' tools to get there. See Ask Numeo AI and the planning agent up close.
  • Email agent — works one broker thread on one load: figures out what the load still needs, asks for exactly that, and marks it ready when nothing's left. See the email agent.
  • Broker-outreach agent — runs a cold, multi-load thread with a broker ("got anything moving?"), sorts what they send back, and asks you which to chase. See broker outreach.
  • The send gate (classifier) — not a chatbot, a checkpoint. In the automated modes, it reads each outbound draft and decides: safe to send, or bring it back to you first. See how the send classifier works.
  • Voice — the same conversation, spoken. Money actions get a read-back and an explicit "yes" before anything happens. See voice mode.

How they hand off

A load moves down the line, and you stay in the loop at the points that matter:

  1. You ask — typed or on the form.
  2. The search agent runs the search; the scoring agent ranks what comes back.
  3. You (or the chat) pick a load to work.
  4. The email or broker-outreach agent runs the thread — asking for what's missing, framing the rate as a question.
  5. The send gate checks each outbound message in the automated modes.
  6. You hit Book It; the load turns Booked only after the broker confirms.

You're the one in charge

The agents do the repetitive first pass. They draft, rank, and line things up — but nothing outward-facing leaves without you in the automated modes, and in Manual mode you send every message yourself. Book It is always your call, and there's no auto-book. How much each agent does before it checks with you is set by your AI mode.

The same team backs AI Hub everywhere it runs: the web app, the Ask Numeo AI panel on your DAT board, and AI Dispatch in the mobile app. See what stays in your control.
