Auto-Supervised is the default mode, and it's the balance most dispatchers want. The agent drafts and sends broker replies on its own, but every outbound message passes through a safety check first — so the routine back-and-forth goes out without you, while anything that makes a commitment comes back for your OK. You supervise; you don't type every email.
New tabs start in Auto-Supervised (also called semi-auto). It's one of the three AI modes, set per tab.
What it does
- The agent drafts and can send replies as a thread moves.
- Every outbound draft runs through the send classifier, which auto-sends the safe stuff and pauses anything that commits.
- You stay in the loop for the decisions that matter, without babysitting every message.
Think of it as the agent doing the drafting and the low-stakes sending, and tapping you on the shoulder the moment a message would commit you to something.
What comes back to you
The check pauses a draft and asks for your sign-off when it would:
- Make a commitment — anything that moves the load toward booking rather than just asking a question.
- Lean on a remembered number. In the supervised modes, any broker-facing claim grounded in driver long-term memory routes through your approval first — the agent won't state a remembered rate or preference as current without your OK.

Why it's the default
Auto-Supervised is the setting that lets the agent carry the volume — the asking, the chasing, the routine replies — while keeping you on every commitment. That's why new tabs land here. When you want more hands-off, Fully Autonomous works batches on its own; when you want full control of wording, Manual keeps you at the keyboard.
No mode, this one included, sends a booking commitment on its own — that's always Book It.
