AI Hub
The AI dispatcher that finds and ranks loads, negotiates by email, and prepares bookings — with your approval.
Product overviewGet started
- What is AI Hub?BeginnerAI Hub is the AI dispatcher that finds, ranks, negotiates, and prepares bookings — with your approval on every booking.
- Meet the AI Hub agentsBeginnerThe AI Hub agents in plain English — search, scoring, chat, email, outreach, the send gate, and voice — who does what and how they hand off.
- Connect your loadboards and emailBeginnerConnect the load-board sources AI Hub searches and a sending mailbox, plus the per-source city rules and how to reconnect.
- Which sources search by state vs by cityIntermediatePer-source rules in AI Hub — DAT handles multi-state and zone searches; SPOT, RXO, Emerge, Mode, and Arrive each need a specific origin city.
- Tabs and your first searchBeginnerCreate a search tab in AI Hub and run your first search — from the form or by just asking the chat.
Find & rank loads
- Reading load statusesBeginnerThe load buckets in AI Hub — Open, Engaging, Ready to Book, Attention, Out, and Booked — and what each one means.
- Load status referencePower userThe full map behind AI Hub's load buckets — which backend states roll into Open, Engaging, Ready to Book, Attention, Out, what shows a spinner, and the filter chips.
- The search agentIntermediateHow AI Hub's search agent turns plain-English or form input into a structured load-board search — and where search ends and ranking begins.
- How AI Hub ranks loadsIntermediateHow AI Hub scores and tiers loads — recommended, matched, potential — using RPM, deadhead, and live market context.
- Market context on a load rowIntermediateReading the market data on an AI Hub load row — market RPM, the rate-range indicator, rate history, deadhead with tolls and a route map, and top reload destinations.
Ask Numeo AI
- Ask Numeo AI (chat)BeginnerUse the AI Hub chat assistant to filter, rank, and answer questions about the loads on your board.
- The planning agent behind the chatIntermediateWhat Ask Numeo AI does under the hood — the planning agent that breaks a request into steps and runs search and scoring tools, shown as it works.
- Ask Numeo AI on the DAT boardIntermediateAsk Numeo AI on your DAT board — paint and rank loads, run the rate math, and start from a seed prompt.
Outreach & negotiate
- How the broker-outreach agent worksIntermediateCold, multi-load broker outreach in AI Hub — how it triages a load dump, asks you which to chase, drafts replies, and counts each broker once.
- How the email agent worksIntermediateThe single-load email agent runs one broker thread — it works out what a load still needs, asks for exactly that, and marks it Ready to Book.
- How negotiation worksIntermediateThe negotiation approach in AI Hub — rate framed as a question, one position per email, ratecon rules, market anchoring, and you in control.
- The emails inbox and broker threadsIntermediateWhere broker conversations live in AI Hub — the inline email rail, the needs-attention list, unread counts in the tab title, and how your replies steer the agent.
Automation modes
- AI modes — Manual, Auto-Supervised, and Fully AutonomousIntermediateThe three AI Hub automation modes, what each one does, when the send gate kicks in, and how to switch — with semi-auto as the default.
- Manual modeIntermediateManual mode keeps you at the keyboard — the agent finds and drafts, you compose and send, and nothing leaves without you. One exception is Book It.
- Auto-Supervised mode (semi-auto)IntermediateThe default AI Hub mode — the agent drafts and auto-sends the safe stuff, while anything that commits or leans on remembered numbers comes back to you.
- Fully Autonomous mode and personasPower userHow Fully Autonomous polls for loads, works them in batches, follows persona playbooks, and the safe-send guardrails that stop double-sends.
- How mode rules are injectedPower userUnder the hood, each AI Hub agent gets mode-specific rules as a dispatcher-style message — not baked into its prompt — which is why the selector locks mid-run.
Booking & control
- Book It and the booking flowIntermediateBook It sends your booking email instantly, pre-authorizes the load, and flips it to Booked only after the broker confirms.
- Customize your Book It templatesIntermediateSet your first-touch and reply Book It templates, learn why rate placeholders stay blank, and manage your signature.
- Booking HistoryBeginnerWhere confirmed bookings land in AI Hub — only after a broker confirms a Book It, with a little confetti and a booking-request timestamp that's never cleared.
- Approvals and the human in the loopIntermediateWhen Numeo asks you to approve a broker draft, and how your answers, edits, and instructions steer the next reply.
- How the send classifier worksPower userThe safety gate that judges every outbound draft in the automated modes — what it's fed, what it enforces, when it's in the path, and the post-Book-It exception.
Trust & safety
- Trust, safety, factoring and blacklistPower userFactoring-grade and blacklist filters, MC dedupe, anti-loop guardrails, and prompt-injection safety on autonomous runs.
- Factoring and broker credibilityPower userSet a factoring provider and minimum grade to filter which brokers reach your funnel — carried into autonomous runs, not a send-time block.
- Blacklist and blocking brokersIntermediateBlock a broker to keep their loads out of your searches by MC — including on autonomous runs — and what blocking does and doesn't do.
- Anti-double-send and loop safetyPower userHow AI Hub avoids double-emailing a broker or looping — MC-keyed dedupe, one send pipeline, an autonomous lease and action-log, and watchdogs.
- Prompt-injection protectionPower userWhy a broker's email can't hijack the agent — broker messages are content only, and the only instructions the agent follows are yours.
Memory, voice & billing
- Driver memory, voice and limitsPower userDriver long-term memory, spoken money-action confirmations on voice, and how Ask Numeo AI usage limits work.
- Driver long-term memoryPower userHow AI Hub remembers driver preferences — advisory facts, an approval gate on broker-facing use, and why memory is off in Fully Autonomous.
- Voice mode and confirmationsIntermediateVoice is a full mode of the same AI Dispatch conversation — money actions get a spoken read-back and a yes; search and questions run on their own.
- Quotas and limitsIntermediateHow Ask Numeo AI usage is limited — a daily mobile message quota that resets at midnight Pacific, plus a per-plan web AI Hub search limit.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
- Troubleshooting AI HubBeginnerFixes for the common snags — no connected source, reconnecting a mailbox, a Book It failed toast, and the mode selector locked mid-run.
- AI Hub FAQBeginnerQuick answers to the recurring questions — does it auto-book, is there a Covered button, does it ever commit on its own, and when quotas reset.
