Every broker conversation AI Hub is running shows up in one place — the email rail on the right of the screen — so you can read the full thread and act on it without leaving the load. This is where you see what the agent sent, what came back, and what's waiting on you.
The email rail
The broker thread renders inline in the right-hand rail, the same way you'd read it in your inbox. You see the conversation for the load you're on — what the agent asked, how the broker replied — in context, next to the load's details. No switching tabs to check email.

The needs-attention list
Loads and inquiries that need a decision from you collect in the needs-attention list in the sidebar. It's your queue: instead of scanning every thread, you work the list of things actually waiting on you. When the agent pauses a draft for your sign-off, or a broker reply needs an answer, it shows up here.
Unread counts in your tab title
Per-email unread counts also drive your browser-tab title, so you can tell something's waiting even when AI Hub isn't the tab you're looking at. Handy when you're working a board in another tab and don't want to miss a broker coming back.
How your replies steer the agent
When you act on a thread, your decision feeds straight back into the agent's next reply. There are three shapes it can take:
- Answer a question the agent asked (a pickup time, equipment, a number).
- Give feedback on the draft it proposed ("too aggressive," "drop the second ask").
- Free-text instruction — tell it what to do next in your own words.
Whichever you use, that decision becomes context for the next turn, and the agent honors an explicit instruction over its own plan. There's more on this — and when the agent stops to ask you at all — in Approvals and the human in the loop.
