Troubleshooting sign-in and account access

Fix the common sign-in snags — a code that won't arrive, a forgotten driver password, and the phone/MC-DOT gate before you can search.

3 min read

Can't get in, or stuck before you can search? Most sign-in issues come down to a code that hasn't landed, a password reset, or a couple of details brokers need first. Here's how to clear each one.

My email code won't arrive

Dispatchers sign in with a code sent to your email — you'll go through "Verify email" then "Enter code". If the code isn't showing up:

  1. Check your spam or promotions folder — the code often lands there.
  2. Make sure you typed your email correctly on the previous screen.
  3. Give it a minute, then request a new code and use the most recent one.

Google or Apple sign-in

If you first joined with "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Apple", use that same button next time — pick the option you originally signed up with so you land back in the same account.

I have an invite code

Joining from a friend or a company? Tap "Have an invite code?" on the sign-in screen and enter it there so your account is linked correctly.

Forgot your driver password

Drivers sign in with a password. If you've forgotten it, use "Forgot Password" on the sign-in screen and follow the "Reset Password" steps to set a new one. If you joined through a company invite and can't get in, ask whoever invited you to re-send it.

"Add your phone & MC/DOT to search loads"

If the app stops you with "Add your phone & MC/DOT to search loads", that's the contact gate, not a bug. Brokers need your phone and MC/DOT to respond to your bids — "Brokers need these to respond to your bids." Add them once and you're through. See Add your phone and MC/DOT.

Still locked out?

If none of the above gets you in, we can help from our side — email support@numeo.ai with the email or phone number on your account and what you're seeing.
