Voice dispatch is a live call with Numeo, so the usual culprits are the same ones that trip up any call: connection, another call taking over, or mic permission. Here's what each message means and how to get back to talking.
"Couldn't connect — tap to retry"
The session couldn't start. Tap to retry. If it keeps failing, check that you have a data or Wi-Fi connection and try again in a moment — a weak signal is the most common cause.
"On a phone call — tap to retry"
A regular phone call took over your phone's audio, which pauses the voice session. Once you're off the call, tap to retry and pick back up.
"Enable microphone in Settings"
Numeo needs microphone permission to hear you. Open your phone's Settings, find Numeo, and turn the microphone on — then start the session again.
"Reconnecting…"
This one usually isn't an error. If your signal dips for a second, the session shows "Reconnecting…" and recovers on its own. Give it a moment before restarting.
My session ended when I left the app
That's expected in this version. Voice runs only while the app is open and in front of you. If you press home, lock your phone, or switch to another app, the session ends — it doesn't keep running in the background yet. Keep Numeo on screen for the whole call. (Numeo keeps your screen awake during a call so it won't dim on its own.)
