Numeo updates itself in two ways, and each asks something slightly different of you. Neither takes more than a moment — here's how to handle both so you're always on the latest version.
The quick in-app update
Most updates arrive quietly in the background. When one is ready, you'll see "Update Available" with "A new update has been downloaded. Restart to apply?". Just restart the app when you're at a good stopping point and the update takes effect — no App Store trip needed.
The required store update
Now and then a bigger update needs the full app from the store. When that happens you'll see "Update Required" with an "Update Now" button. Tap it to head to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) and install the new version. You'll need this one to keep using the app, so it's worth doing right away.
Good to know
- In-app update = restart. Store update = install from the store. If a restart doesn't clear the prompt, check your app store for a pending update.
- Staying current means new fixes and features show up for you as soon as they ship.
