Every broker email you send lives in Conversations, threaded per load. That's where you send bids, fire back counter offers, and pull a dispatcher onto the deal when you want a second set of hands — all in one place, without digging through your inbox.
Where your threads live
Open "Conversations" to see each broker exchange grouped by load. Reply or forward right from the thread, so the whole back-and-forth on a deal stays together instead of scattered across your mailbox.
If you've connected more than one mailbox, use the "All inboxes" switcher to see everything at once or focus on a single address.

Send a bid or ask for info
Bids, info requests, and counter offers all happen inside the thread — see Send bids and counter offers.
Invite a dispatcher onto the thread
Want a dispatcher on the deal? Tap "Invite Dispatcher" to CC them onto the thread. They see the full conversation and can jump in — useful when you're driving and want someone else closing the paperwork, or when a teammate is covering your board.

Reusable email templates with variables and your signature live in Customize email templates.
Good to know
- Your address, not a relay — threads send from the Gmail or Outlook mailbox you connected (OAuth 2.0, no third-party relay). Brokers reply straight to you.
- Let AI draft it — you can also hand the outreach to Ask Numeo AI to find and book, which drafts the broker email for you and checks the broker before it goes out.
