The app's map helps you see where you're headed and find what's close by. When it's time for turn-by-turn, Numeo hands the route to your phone's maps app — the one you already use — so your usual directions and voice guidance stay the same.
The in-app driver map with Nearby Services A product screenshot will be added here.
Start navigation
Tap Start Navigation from your dashboard or your active trip. Numeo opens the route in your phone's maps app for turn-by-turn directions.
Numeo doesn't run turn-by-turn itself — it passes the route to Apple Maps, Google Maps, or whatever your phone uses. If your phone can't open a maps app, you'll see "Maps app not available on this device" or "Unable to open maps application"; open your maps app manually in that case.
The in-app map
Open the map inside Numeo to orient yourself before or during a run:
- "Where to next?" — a quick read on your next stop.
- "You are here" — your current position on the map.
This map is for getting your bearings and finding what's nearby, not for turn-by-turn — that's what Start Navigation is for.
Find nearby services
Tap "Nearby Services" to search for what's around you right now:
- Fuel
- Food
- Rest
- Repair
Pick a category and the map shows the closest options, so you can plan a stop without leaving the app.
Good to know
- Turn-by-turn lives in your phone's maps app, not inside Numeo — your saved routes, traffic, and voice prompts work exactly as they always do.
- The map's Fuel search finds stops near you. For logging what you spent, see Track fuel receipts and statements.
- Your active trip, ETA, and the Start Navigation button all live on the driver dashboard.
