What you can scan
Numeo handles the documents you deal with on every load:
- BOL — Bill of Lading
- POD — Proof of Delivery
- Rate Con — Rate Confirmation
- Receipt
- Other
Scan a document
- Open the scanner and tap Start Scanning.
- Line up the page and capture it — the app cleans up the edges for you.
- Pick the document type — BOL, POD, Rate Con, Receipt, or Other.
- Attach it to the right stop on the load and submit.

Documents belong to a specific stop, and the load tells you which one under DOCUMENTS & PROOF:
- BOL required at pickup
- POD required at delivery
Attaching to the correct stop is what lets your dispatcher match the paperwork to the load without asking you for it.
Track what you've submitted
The scanner keeps a submission history, so you can confirm a document went through and see everything you've already sent for a load.
Good to know
- Snap the BOL right after you're loaded and the POD as soon as you're unloaded — while the paper is still in your hand.
- For fuel and expense paperwork, the Receipt type keeps those copies with the rest of your documents.
