Numeo is free to use every day. You get a set number of load searches, AI messages, and toll checks — and when you need more, a paid plan lifts the limits. Current prices live on the pricing page.
Your free daily limits
Three things reset on a daily cycle on the free plan:
- Load searches — you'll see a banner like "{remaining} searches remaining today" as you go, then "Daily search limit reached" with "Resets in {countdown}" once you're out.
- AI messages — when you hit the cap, the app shows "You've reached your AI limit" and "Resets tomorrow at 9:00 AM".
- Toll checks — the Tolls & Fuel calculator shows "Tolls & Fuel ({count} free)" and "Free Toll Checks Used" once you've used your free lanes.
Hitting a limit doesn't lock you out — you keep working, and everything refreshes the next day. There's also an Upgrade prompt right there if you'd rather not wait.
Earn more free searches
Before paying, you can stretch your free searches by inviting people. Every friend who joins adds free daily searches to your account. See Invite friends and earn searches.
What a paid plan adds
Upgrading lifts the daily caps and opens the heavier tools. Plans include things like:
- Unlimited load searches
- AI Email and the AI Agent
- Load Radar alerts
- Broker contact details
- Priority support
- Amazon load board searches — "5 searches per day with Max", "Unlimited searches with Platinum"
Plan names like Max and Platinum track the live catalog and can change — the app always shows the current lineup. Prices aren't shown in the app — check the pricing page for what each plan costs.
