Numeo App FAQ

Quick answers to the questions dispatchers ask most — MC numbers on emails, the Telegram community, prices in the app, and plan names.

Short answers to the things people ask most about the Numeo App. If you don't see yours here, email support@numeo.ai.

Why do I need an MC number to email brokers?

Because brokers use it to know you're real. Numeo prompts you for it with "Brokers ignore emails without an MC number" — an email with no MC often gets skipped. Add your MC when you set up your mailbox and it goes on your outgoing messages automatically. See Set up your mailbox and email brokers.

Why does the Community tab open Telegram?

The Numeo Community isn't a screen inside the app — it's a group chat on Telegram. Tapping it opens the community for your language so you can swap notes with other dispatchers. More on it in Notifications and community.

Why don't I see prices in the app?

App-store rules keep prices off the app screens, so Numeo shows plan features in the app and the actual costs on the web. Check the pricing page for what each plan costs, then finish any change on the secure Stripe page. See Manage your subscription.

Why did my plan name change?

Plan names are pulled live from our billing catalog, so if we rename a plan it can show up in the app without an app update. Your plan and what it includes don't change — just the label. For what your tier covers, see Plans and daily limits.

Why do I need to add my phone and MC/DOT before searching?

Brokers need a way to reach you and confirm your authority before they'll respond to a bid, so Numeo asks for your phone and MC/DOT up front. Add them once with Add your phone and MC/DOT and you're set.

Can I use Numeo on my computer?

Yes. Scan a QR code from your phone to sign in to Numeo on the web — handy when you want a keyboard and a bigger screen. See Sign in on desktop and manage devices.

The app is asking me to update — do I have to?

It depends which prompt you see. A quick in-app update just needs a restart; a "Update Required" prompt needs a fresh install from the store. Both are covered in Keep the app updated.
