On the road (drivers)

Beginner

The driver dashboard and your active trip

Your dashboard shows the active trip, ETA, Start Navigation, and an action center — everything you need for the load you're on.

3 min read

The driver dashboard is your home screen on the road. It shows the load you're on right now, your ETA, a one-tap Start Navigation, and a short list of the actions you reach for most.

Your dashboard at a glance

When you open the app you'll see a greeting (Morning / Afternoon / Evening) and, below it, a few cards:

  • NUMEO INTELLIGENCE — short, road-aware tips, like "Optimal fuel stop ahead."
  • ACTIVE TRIP — the load you're running now, with its documents and Scheduled ETA.
  • ACTION CENTER — the quick actions for the current trip.

Active trip

The ACTIVE TRIP card is the load you're currently on. It carries the two documents that matter for the run — your BOL and POD — and your Scheduled ETA, so you can see whether you're on time.

Tap the card to open the full load. There you'll find Route Details, Dispatcher Notes, Hazmat Details, and the Financial & Route Summary (Total Rate and Your Payout). Under DOCUMENTS & PROOF, the load tells you what's needed and when: BOL required at pickup, POD required at delivery. See Scan and upload documents.

Start Navigation

Tap Start Navigation to hand the route to your phone's maps app for turn-by-turn directions. (If your phone can't open a maps app, you'll see "Maps app not available on this device.")

The in-app map is there to help you get your bearings and find what's close by. Open it for "Where to next?", see "You are here", and search Nearby ServicesFuel, Food, Rest, or Repair.

Action center

The ACTION CENTER keeps the common tasks one tap away:

  • Check-in — mark where you are on the trip.
  • Report Issue — flag a problem to your dispatcher.
  • Refer a Driver — share the app. ("Earn $250 for every verified driver who completes 10 loads.")

See all your trips

Beyond the current run, My Trips groups everything into three tabs — In Transit, Upcoming, and History — so you can look ahead to what's next or back at what you've delivered.

Good to know

  • This dashboard is the Numeo Driver side of the app. Dispatchers see a different home screen.
  • Turn-by-turn runs in your phone's maps app, not inside Numeo — so your usual navigation and voice guidance stay the same.
  • New offered loads don't appear here until you accept them and your dispatcher approves. See Accept a load from Opportunities.
