Opportunities is where loads offered to you show up. Open one, check the payout and the route, then accept it. Your acceptance goes to your dispatcher for approval before it becomes an active trip.
Where to find offered loads
Open Opportunities in the app. It has two tabs:
- New — loads offered to you that you haven't acted on yet.
- History — offers you've already handled.
Review a load before you accept
Tap an offer to open the full load, and take a minute to check:
- Your Payout and Total Rate in the Financial & Route Summary.
- Route Details — your stops and the miles between them.
- Dispatcher Notes and Hazmat Details, if there are any.
- DOCUMENTS & PROOF — what you'll need to capture (BOL at pickup, POD at delivery).
Accept a load
- Open the offer from Opportunities → New.
- Review the payout and route.
- Tap Accept Load.
- Confirm when the app asks: "Are you sure you want to accept this load for ${rate}?"
After you confirm, you'll see "Waiting for dispatcher's approval…".
What happens next
Accepting doesn't book the load on its own — it tells your dispatcher you want it. Once your dispatcher approves, the load moves into your trips and, when it's time to run, shows up as your ACTIVE TRIP on the dashboard. See The driver dashboard and your active trip.
Good to know
- If an offer disappears, it may have been taken or pulled before approval — check History to confirm.
- Only accept loads you can actually cover. Your dispatcher sees every acceptance.
