Numeo keeps your fuel receipts and pay statements together in the app, so your records live in the same place as your loads. This is expense and record tracking — a way to log what you spent and see your statements, not a live fuel-price board.
Upload a fuel receipt
Snap a fuel receipt and add it to your records right from your phone. Capture the receipt, and Numeo stores it with the rest of your fuel expenses — no separate app, no paper to hang onto.
Do it at the pump while the receipt is still in your hand, and you won't have a shoebox to sort through later.
Review your fuel expenses
Your uploaded receipts roll up into a fuel-expenses view, so you can see what you've spent and scroll back through the receipts you've submitted. It's a running list of your fuel spend, kept current as you add each one.
Open your driver statements
Your pay statements live under Statements. Open it to review what you've been paid across your runs, in the same app you use for loads and documents.
What this is (and isn't)
- It's expense tracking. Fuel receipts and statements are records — what you spent and what you were paid.
- It's not a fuel-price board. Numeo doesn't show live fuel prices here. To find a fuel stop near you, use the map's Fuel search under Driver navigation and nearby services.
Good to know
- You can also capture fuel receipts as a Receipt in the document scanner, which keeps them with your BOL and POD. See Scan and upload documents.
- Your dashboard may surface a fuel-stop tip under NUMEO INTELLIGENCE while you drive — that's a road hint, separate from the receipts and statements you track here. See the driver dashboard.
