Numeo can ping you the moment a matching load posts. Turn on notifications to get your radar alerts, pick where they land, and join other dispatchers in the Numeo community on Telegram.
Manage your notifications
Your notifications live in one hub with All, Unread, and Invitations tabs. That's where radar alerts and company invites show up.
If notifications are switched off, you'll see "Notifications are off" with a prompt to "Enable them in Settings to get radar alerts." Tap through to your phone's Settings and turn them on so you don't miss a load.

Choose where radar alerts land
Load Radar watches your saved searches and can reach you three ways:
- Mobile push — a notification on your phone.
- Telegram — alerts in your Telegram chat.
- Email — alerts in your inbox.
Pick the channels that fit how you work when you set up a radar. Push notifications are delivered through Firebase, so make sure they're enabled in your phone's Settings.
Join the Numeo community on Telegram
Numeo Community isn't a screen inside the app — tapping it opens a Telegram group in the Telegram app. There's a group for each language, so you land in the one that matches your app language (the default group is t.me/numeoapp).
It's the place to swap notes with other dispatchers and drivers, ask questions, and hear about what's new. You'll need the Telegram app installed to join.
