Instant Pay lets you request money early instead of waiting on standard settlement. You link a payout card once, then request early payment and track each request right from the app.
Before you start
Instant Pay is enabled by your company, not switched on by each driver. If you don't see Instant Pay in the app, your carrier hasn't turned it on for drivers yet — ask your dispatcher or office to enable it.
Link a payout card
The first time you use Instant Pay, you'll link the card your payout lands on. Numeo handles the card link securely through Moov, our payments provider — you enter your card details in Moov's secure form, not on a plain app screen.
You only need to do this once. After the card is linked, it's ready for future requests.
Request early payment
- Open Instant Pay in the app.
- Link your payout card if you haven't already.
- Request your early payment.
- Confirm the request.
Track your request
Each request shows a status, so you always know where your money is — from submitted through to paid. If a request needs your attention, the status tells you.
Good to know
- Instant Pay is a driver feature in the Numeo Driver app.
- Availability and terms depend on your company's setup. For how Numeo's plans work across the app, see the pricing page.
