Numeo ships as one app that works for both dispatchers and drivers. If you're a driver, you sign in with an email and password, and you get on the road with your company through an invite. This page covers both.
Sign in as a driver
Drivers sign in with a password:
- Open the app and go to the driver sign-in screen.
- Enter your email and password.
- Tap to sign in — you land on your driver dashboard.
Forgot it? Tap "Forgot Password", then follow the "Reset Password" steps to set a new one from the link in your email.
Join a company from an invite
Most drivers start by being invited to a company. When a dispatcher or company owner adds you, the invite shows up in your notifications.
- Open Notifications and go to the Invitations tab.
- Find the company invite and tap "Accept & Join".
- Confirm on "Join as driver?" — you're now attached to that company and can see the loads they send you.
Once you're in, offered loads land under Opportunities and your active run shows on the dashboard.

Good to know
- One company at a time. You join a single company as a driver. If you move, you leave the current one before joining another.
- Notifications help. If invites or load alerts aren't coming through, check that notifications are enabled for the app in your phone's Settings.
