Some of Load Hub's sources reach out to boards and broker portals right in your browser. The Numeo Chrome extension is what makes that work. Install it once, sign in, and DAT plus every broker-account source becomes available to connect.
When you need it
You only need the extension for sources that log in on your behalf:
- DAT loads run through the extension. See Search DAT loads.
- Broker accounts — Nolan, C.H. Robinson, TQL, J.B. Hunt, and the rest — connect through the extension too. See Connect broker accounts.
The always-available sources — TruckStop Trial, Parade, HappyRobot, and Telegram — work without it. If those cover your lanes, you can search before installing anything. See Sources that need no setup.
Install it
Load Hub's onboarding includes an install step, and you can add the extension any time afterward.
- Add the Numeo Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store.
- Pin it so it's easy to reach.
- Sign in with the same Numeo account you use for Load Hub — your account carries over.

After installing
- Head back to Load Hub and open the source bar. Broker pills that showed a plus-circle can now be connected.
- Connect the brokers you work — see Connect broker accounts.
- On the Ultra plan, turn on DAT — see Search DAT loads.
If a source connected before but later turns amber, its login expired — bring it back from the Reconnect dropdown.
