No results showing

No loads appear in Load Hub — pick at least one source, check your connections, widen the lane and Search Back, and read the empty-tab state.

3 min read

A search came back empty. Most of the time it's one of a few things — no source selected, a source that needs reconnecting, or a lane that's too tight. Here's the order to check.

Did you pick a source?

Load Hub only searches the sources you've selected. Search with none picked and you'll see a "Pick at least one source" nudge. Select at least one source in the source bar and search again. A few sources — TruckStop Trial, Parade, HappyRobot — are always available and three of them come pre-selected on a new tab, so you can search without connecting anything.

Is the tab actually searched?

An empty or never-searched tab shows the Recent Searches panel, not a results table. That's not an error — it just means this tab hasn't run yet. Set your filters and hit Search. See run your first search.

Are your sources connected?

If a source turned amber (expired), it won't return loads until you reconnect it. Scan the source bar for amber pills and reconnect them — see reconnect expired sources. After a search, Load Hub may also nudge you to "Connect more brokers" if you're searching a thin set of sources.

Is the lane too tight?

Filters can quietly filter everything out. Try loosening them:

  • Widen Origin / Destination, or drop deadhead caps (DH-O / DH-D).
  • Open up the Search Back window — set it to a longer window or All so you're not limited to the last hour. See the Search Back window.
  • Relax rate and mileage filters (RPM, Min Rate, Min/Max Mi).

Good to know

  • Empty but no upgrade prompt? That's a source or filter issue, not a limit. If you do see an upgrade prompt, you've hit your search quota.
  • DAT showing nothing is usually its own setup — see DAT not working.
