Load Hub meters your searches and gates a couple of sources by plan. This page covers what happens when you hit the search limit, why DAT asks you to upgrade, and how to narrow a busy results table down to the companies you care about.
Search quota and the upgrade prompt
Each search counts against your plan's search quota. When you run out, your next search stops and Load Hub shows an upgrade prompt instead of results — that's the sign you've hit the ceiling for your current plan, not that anything is broken.
To keep searching, upgrade from the prompt or from the pricing page. Exact allowances live on the pricing page, since they change with the plan you're on — we don't list fixed numbers here.
DAT is Ultra-only
Turning on DAT as a source requires the Ultra plan (and the Chrome extension). On a lower plan, selecting DAT opens the upgrade prompt rather than adding the source. Other sources — like TruckStop, Parade, and connected brokers — don't need Ultra; DAT is the one behind that gate. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.
Filter results by company
When a search pulls in loads from dozens of brokers, the company filter trims the table to the names you want. Point it at specific brokers or companies to show only those, or to hide the ones you never book. Your choice sticks, so the table stays focused on the freight that's worth your time.
This is the fastest way to cut a noisy board down to your regulars — or to hide a list of companies from view without touching each row.
Good to know
- Company filter vs. per-load status. The company filter shapes the whole table; marking a single broker Favorite or Blacklist happens in the load detail.
- Sending identity is separate from plan. Which inbox or company you send under is set per email, not by your plan — see Email a broker and book.
