Load Hub pulls loads from the sources you turn on, and they all live in one place: the source bar. This walks through the four kinds of source, how to read each pill's state, and the nudges Load Hub shows when something needs your attention.
The source bar
Every source is a pill in the source bar. Click a pill to turn that source on or off for the current search. Turned-on sources are the ones Load Hub searches when you hit Search.
Above the pills, a header line tells you where you stand — "{n} selected broker(s)" for how many are on, and, when any need attention, "{n} disconnected broker(s)" with a Reconnect dropdown.

The four kinds of source
Sources differ in how much setup they need:
- Always-available — TruckStop Trial, Parade, HappyRobot, and Telegram. No connecting, ever. Three of them are pre-selected on a new tab. See Sources that need no setup.
- Broker accounts — Nolan, C.H. Robinson, TQL, J.B. Hunt, and more. Connect once through the Numeo Chrome extension. See Connect broker accounts.
- Credential boards — Sylectus, connected with a login. See Connect Sylectus and credential boards.
- DAT — Ultra plan plus the extension, with a quick pre-search check. See Search DAT loads.
Reading a pill's state
The pill's icon tells you where a source stands:
- Blue check — connected and ready.
- Amber warning — the login expired. Reconnect it before it'll return loads.
- Plus-circle — not connected yet.
Hover any pill to see what a click will do — the tooltip reads Enable, Disable, Connect, or Reconnect for that source.
A source that's both connected and selected shows a count badge after a search — how many loads it returned that time. It's a fast way to see which sources are carrying a lane.
Nudges you'll see
- Hit Search with nothing selected and Load Hub stops you with "Pick at least one source." Turn one on and search again.
- After a search, a one-time "Connect more brokers" nudge points you toward sources you haven't set up — a quick way to widen coverage on a lane.
Good to know
- A source that turned amber hasn't lost your login for good — restore it from the Reconnect dropdown, which lists each disconnected source with how long ago it expired. See Reconnect expired sources.
- Each search tab keeps its own selected sources. Adding a tab with "+" pre-selects the sources you've already connected. See Work with search tabs.
