Click any row and it opens into the full load detail — everything you need to decide on one screen, without leaving the table. In Load Hub the detail is laid out in four panels: Equipment, Trip & Map, Broker, and Email.
A load expanded into the four-panel detail view A product screenshot will be added here.
The four panels
- Equipment — the equipment type and specifics for the load.
- Trip & Map — the route, the trip schedule, and a map. You can turn on toll routing to see the route with tolls factored in.
- Broker — who's posting: company, contact, and the broker's status (see below).
- Email — compose and track your outreach right here. See Email a broker and book.
Route, map, and tolls
The Trip & Map panel plots origin to destination and lays out the pickup and delivery schedule. Toll route controls let you switch tolls on so the mileage and route reflect what the trip actually costs to run — which feeds straight into the profit math.
The profitability calculator
The profitability calculator turns the load's rate and miles into real numbers so you're not doing lane math in your head. It breaks down the costs and shows what's left. It assumes 7 MPG by default — adjust it to your truck and the estimate updates.
Use it to sanity-check RPM before you reach out: a good rate on a long deadhead with tolls can look very different once the costs are in.
Mark the broker: Favorite or Blacklist
Every broker in the detail has a status control. You can mark a broker a Favorite so their loads stand out next time, or Blacklist one to flag on their loads, and Remove the mark to clear it. It's a fast way to teach the board which brokers you actually want to work with.
Good to know
- Where the data comes from varies by source, so some loads show richer detail than others — connected brokers and boards can carry extra fields like comments or source-specific info.
- The email panel is the handoff. Once the numbers work, move straight into the offer email without copying anything across — Email a broker and book.
