If you send under more than one company or MC, every broker email needs to go out as the right identity. Load Hub lets you pick which connected inbox sends each message — and that choice fills in the rest of the email for you.
Pick the inbox on the load
When you compose an offer or book email from an expanded load, there's a selector for which connected inbox / company identity should send it. Choose the one that matches the authority you're booking under, and Load Hub sends from that inbox.

What the inbox supplies
Each connected inbox carries its own company details — MC, DOT, company name, and signature. Load Hub uses those to fill the email template automatically, so the broker sees the right identity every time without you retyping anything. Set your company details once during sign-in and onboarding and they ride along on the emails you send.
Connect your inboxes once and they're available on every load.
Good to know
- Identity is per email, not per plan. Which inbox sends is your choice on each load — it isn't tied to your subscription.
