How long are my recent searches kept?
Recent searches are saved on the server for 4 days, split into Today and Past Week. Re-run any of them with one click. See recent searches.
Does "Book It" book the load in the app?
No. The book email is an email offer to the broker, sent from the composer in the load's Email panel. It's not an in-app booking or dispatch confirmation — there's no button that reserves the load on the broker's system. You send your offer; the broker confirms on their side. Why do I see the same load more than once?
The same load can post on more than one board, so it shows up more than once. Turn on the hide-duplicates toggle to collapse them, and Load Hub also dedups on the server side. See hide duplicate loads.
What's the difference between TruckStop Trial and TruckStop Account?
TruckStop Trial is an always-available source — no connection needed, and it's pre-selected on a new tab. TruckStop Account is your own connected TruckStop login, added through the broker connect flow so results come from your account.
Can I run more than one MC?
On the web, Load Hub gives you two things rather than a single MC switcher:
- Sending identity per email — choose which inbox / company identity sends each broker email, each carrying its own MC and DOT.
- A company filter — show or hide loads by broker/company name to focus the table.
A full multi-MC company switcher isn't part of the web Load Hub today.
