Over a shift you learn which brokers are worth your time and which aren't. The broker-status control in a load's detail lets you record that — flag brokers you like, mark brokers to flag on their loads, and the board starts working the way you do.
Where to find it
Expand any load into its four-panel detail and open the Broker panel. Alongside the company and contact, there's a status control with three moves:
- Favorite — flag a broker you like working with so their loads stand out next time.
- Blacklist — mark a broker to flag on their loads so you can spot them at a glance.
- Remove — clear the mark and go back to neutral.
It's a per-broker signal you set right from the load in front of you — no separate settings screen.
Per-load status vs. the company filter
Marking one broker here shapes how that broker reads in your results. If you want to reshape the whole table — show only certain companies, or hide a set of them at once — use the company filter instead. The two work together: mark the brokers you care about, then filter the board down to the freight worth your time.
