Connect your broker portal logins once and their loads show up right inside Load Hub — no separate tabs, no re-logging-in per search. This covers the broker sources that connect through the Numeo Chrome extension.
Before you start
You'll need the Numeo Chrome extension installed and signed in. These broker sources connect through the extension, so it has to be in place first. Install the Numeo Chrome extension.

Connect a broker
- In the source bar, find the broker's pill. A plus-circle icon means it isn't connected yet.
- Click it to start the connection. The extension handles the broker sign-in and captures a secure token so Numeo can pull that broker's loads for you.
- Once it's connected, the pill switches to a blue check and the broker's loads appear in your results.

After connecting
- A connected, selected pill shows a count badge — how many loads that source returned on the last search.
- Connections can expire over time. When one does, the pill turns amber. Bring it back from the Reconnect dropdown — see Reconnect expired sources.
- Hover any pill to see its action — the tooltip reads Enable, Disable, Connect, or Reconnect for that source.
