Open a load and the email chat lives inside the detail. Write your offer or book email inline, with the load's details already in front of you — rate, lane, equipment — so you're not switching tabs to fact-check yourself while you type.
Pick which inbox sends it
If you send under more than one company or MC, choose the connected inbox / company identity that should send this message. Load Hub uses that inbox's company details to fill your template — signature, company name, MC, and the rest — so the broker sees the right identity every time.

Track threads and unread replies
After you send, the load keeps its email thread attached, and the table flags unread replies so you can see at a glance which brokers wrote back. Threads sync on each search, so you can run a new lane and still not lose track of the conversations already in motion.
About "Book It"
The book email is exactly that — an email offer to the broker, sent from the composer. It is not an in-app booking or dispatch confirmation: there's no button here that reserves the load on the broker's system. You're sending your offer to book, and the broker confirms on their side. Treat it as your fastest way to get a firm offer out, not as a locked booking.
