Threads stay on the load
After you email a broker, that load keeps its email thread attached. Open the load again and the back-and-forth is right there in the Email panel — no digging through a separate mail client to find where you left off.
Unread replies, at a glance
The results table flags unread replies so you can see which brokers responded without opening every load. That turns a wall of results into a short list of conversations that need you.
Synced on every search
Your threads sync on each search. Run a new lane, and the conversations already in motion come along with it — so a fresh search never buries the offers you're waiting to hear back on.
Good to know
- Reply comes back to the inbox you sent from. If you send under more than one identity, choose your sending inbox before you send.
- Book It is an email offer. A reply is the broker's answer to your offer, not an in-app booking confirmation — see Email a broker and book.
