Load Hub only shows loads from sources you've turned on. A few are on by default, so you can search right away — and you connect the rest once to widen your coverage.
Sources that work out of the box
These need no setup — they're available the moment you sign in:
- TruckStop Trial
- Parade
- HappyRobot
- Telegram
A new search tab pre-selects TruckStop Trial, Parade, and HappyRobot, so a fresh search returns loads immediately.
Sources you connect once
Connect these once and their loads join your results:
- Broker accounts (Nolan, C.H. Robinson, Arrive, TQL, and more) — need the Numeo Chrome extension. See Connect broker accounts.
- Sylectus — a login connection. See Connect Sylectus.
- DAT — Ultra plan plus the extension. See Search DAT loads.
Pick your sources
Sources sit in the source bar as pills. Click a pill to turn a source on or off for the current search. The pill's icon tells you where it stands — a blue check means connected, amber means the login expired, and a plus-circle means it isn't connected yet. See Reconnect expired sources for the full rundown.

If you hit Search with nothing selected, Load Hub nudges you: "Pick at least one source." Turn on at least one and search again.
After a search, a one-time "Connect more brokers" nudge points you toward sources you haven't set up yet — a quick way to widen coverage on a lane.
