Reset your password

Recover access to Load Hub with the forgot-password and set-password flow on the sign-in page.

Locked out of Load Hub? You can reset your password from the sign-in page — no need to contact support to get back in.

Reset from the sign-in page

  1. Open the Load Hub sign-in page.
  2. Choose the forgot password option.
  3. Enter the email on your Numeo account. Load Hub sends you a reset link.
  4. Follow the link and set a new password, then sign back in.

Because it's the same Numeo account you use across Numeo Spot and the app, the new password works everywhere you sign in with that email.

If you signed in with Google or Microsoft (OAuth), there's no Numeo password to reset — use that provider's Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft button on the sign-in page instead.

Good to know

  • Use the account email. The reset goes to the email tied to your Numeo account — the one you signed up with.
  • Resetting your password doesn't touch your connected sources or company details — you land back where you left off.
