Hide duplicate loads

How Load Hub spots the same freight across boards, the hide-duplicates toggle, per-source duplicate counts, and server-side dedup.

3 min read

The same freight often posts on several boards at once. Load Hub spots those copies and can collapse them into one row, so you scan real loads instead of the same one three times.

Turn on hide duplicates

Flip the hide duplicates toggle and Load Hub folds each set of copies into a single row. Turn it off to see every posting from every source, copies included.

How Load Hub knows it's a duplicate

Two postings are treated as the same load when these line up:

  • pickup city and state
  • delivery city and state
  • rate
  • miles
  • equipment

When all five match across sources, it's the same freight wearing different board logos — so Load Hub keeps one and hides the rest.

Per-source duplicate counts

Even with duplicates hidden, each source still shows how many copies it contributed, alongside its total count. That tells you which boards are echoing the same freight versus which are bringing loads you wouldn't have seen otherwise.

Two layers of dedup

Load Hub deduplicates in two places:

  1. On the server — the unified search collapses obvious repeats before results ever reach you.
  2. In your table — the hide-duplicates toggle gives you the final say on the rows you're looking at.
