Getting started

Beginner

Sign in and set up your company

Sign in to Load Hub and complete the Company Information step — type your MC number and Numeo fills in your carrier details from FMCSA.

3 min read

Getting into Load Hub takes two steps: sign in, then tell Numeo your MC number so it can fill in your company details for you. After that you land in the app, ready to search.

Open Load Hub and sign in with your Numeo account. If you already use Numeo Spot or the Numeo app, use the same login — your account carries over, so you don't set anything up twice.

Add your company info

The first time in, Load Hub shows the "Company Information" step: "We'll look up your company info so you don't have to type it." You give it your MC number and it does the rest.

  1. Enter "Your name".
  2. Type your "MC Number". As you type, Load Hub runs a live FMCSA lookup — you'll see "Searching FMCSA…" and matching carriers listed as "MC {number} · DOT {number} · City, ST".
  3. Pick your carrier from the list. Load Hub fills in "Company Name", "DOT Number", "Phone", and "Address" for you.
  4. Check the details and click "Continue".

Typing an MC number triggers the live FMCSA lookup

Why this matters: the company identity you set here rides along on the broker emails you send from Load Hub — your MC and DOT fill in the template automatically.

Install the extension

Some sources need the Numeo Chrome extensionDAT and the broker accounts (Nolan, C.H. Robinson, TQL, and the rest). Onboarding includes an install step, and you can always add it later.

Good to know

  • The lookup pulls live from FMCSA, so the name, DOT, and address match your authority on file. If anything looks off, you can edit the fields before saving.
  • Sources that need no setup work the moment you're in — see Connect your first source.
