About the role

Numeo builds AI agents that help U.S. trucking companies run better. We need a Sales Rep based in Chicago who can take qualified opportunities and drive them to close — fast, clearly, and consistently. This is a full-cycle role. You'll run demos, handle objections, follow up relentlessly, and close deals. You'll work directly with the founding team with no long approval chains and no bureaucracy.

What you'll do

  • Run product demos for trucking company owners and dispatchers — clear, confident, and tailored to the prospect
  • Manage your pipeline from first contact through signed contract
  • Follow up consistently and move deals forward without being pushed
  • Hit monthly revenue targets
  • Keep CRM accurate and up to date
  • Feed market feedback directly to the product team

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in a closing sales role — you've carried a quota and hit it
  • Strong English communication — written and spoken, comfortable with U.S. clients
  • High discipline and consistency — you don't need to be managed closely
  • Comfortable with targets and rejection — both are just part of the job
  • Fast learner who gets deep on a product quickly

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to SMBs or in logistics / trucking / SaaS
  • Familiarity with U.S. business norms and buyer behavior
  • Background in outbound-heavy or phone-first sales
