About the role

Numeo builds AI agents that help U.S. trucking companies run better. We're growing fast and we need someone who can take our product to market — find the right people, get them on a call, show them what we've built, and close the deal.

This is a full-cycle sales role. You own the process from first touch to signed contract. You'll work evening and night shifts to stay aligned with U.S. time zones, and you'll work directly with the founders — no long chain of command, no bureaucracy.

What you'll do

  • Reach out to U.S. trucking company owners and dispatchers through cold outreach
  • Book and run live product demos — confident, clear, and tailored to the prospect
  • Follow up consistently and move deals through the pipeline
  • Close deals and hit monthly targets
  • Track all activity in CRM and keep your pipeline clean and current
  • Share market feedback directly with the product and founding team

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in sales — you've carried a quota and hit it
  • Strong English communication — written and spoken, confident with U.S. clients
  • High discipline and daily consistency — you don't need to be pushed
  • Comfortable with pressure, targets, and rejection — it doesn't shake you
  • Fast learner who can get deep on our product quickly
  • Strong ambition — you want to earn more and grow fast

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to SMBs or in logistics / trucking / SaaS
  • Familiarity with U.S. business culture
  • Experience with cold calling or outbound-heavy roles
