About the role
Numeo builds AI-powered software for the U.S. trucking industry. Our TMS is at the core of what we ship — and we're growing fast. This isn't a role where you manage roadmaps and sit in planning meetings. It's a role where you get close to the data, run real experiments inside the TMS, and make things grow.
You'll work directly with the Head of Growth and the product team, owning execution on growth initiatives that drive activation, retention, and revenue across the TMS.
What you'll do
- Design and run product experiments end-to-end — hypothesis, build, measure, iterate
- Analyze TMS user behavior to find friction, drop-off, and opportunity
- Work with engineering and design to ship growth improvements fast
- Build and maintain dashboards that keep the team sharp on key metrics
- Identify and develop growth loops across activation and retention within the TMS
- Synthesize findings into clear recommendations and act on them
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in product management with a growth or analytical focus
- Strong with data — SQL, Amplitude, PostHog, or similar tools
- You think in funnels, cohorts, and experiments — not features and roadmaps
- Fast learner who thrives in ambiguity and moves without hand-holding
- Clear communicator — you can make complex data simple and actionable
- High personal bar — you care deeply about the quality of your work
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, B2B, or marketplace products
- Familiarity with the U.S. trucking or logistics industry
- Background in monetization or pricing experimentation
