About the role
This is an assistant role, and that's the point. You'll sit next to the Head of Growth, take over whatever needs doing, and learn growth marketing by executing it — not by watching. The work changes week to week, and you own what you take on.
This role isn't for job-seekers. It's for people who want to say: "I built this."
What you'll do
- Support campaign launches across paid, content, and lifecycle
- Manage the content pipeline and run video shoots in Tashkent
- Run customer interviews and market research to sharpen our messaging
- Track key metrics and report what's working
- Help organize dispatcher events, meetups, and merch
What we're looking for
- Fluent English and Uzbek, written and verbal (Russian is a strong plus)
- Solid grasp of marketing and product basics — funnels, metrics, UX
- Experience with paid ads or performance marketing is a big plus
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and reliability
- Startup mindset — you move fast, figure things out, and take extreme ownership
