We're Numeo, a fast-moving startup building AI tools for freight dispatchers and carriers. Our products help dispatch teams find better loads, move faster across load boards, reduce manual work, and book freight with less chaos.
We work in a dynamic environment where product launches, paid ads, organic content, website updates, product demos, and social media all happen at once. That's why we're looking for a Junior Production Designer / Creative Production Assistant. Not a senior art director. Not someone who needs perfect briefs and two weeks to think.
We need a production-minded creative fighter who can help us turn ideas, Figma layouts, product screenshots, and rough notes into clean assets for different channels.
This is a full-time role based in our Tashkent office. You'll work closely with the Content Lead, who will give you tasks, direction, references, feedback, and quality control. You won't be thrown into the deep end and left alone to "figure it out somehow".
Most of your work will happen in Figma: adapting layouts into different sizes, preparing static assets for social media and paid ads, cleaning up product screenshots, creating website visuals, updating files based on feedback, and exporting everything properly.
You may also help with simple video-related tasks like covers, subtitles, thumbnails, motion-ready layouts, and launch packs for new product features.

What you'll do
- Adapt Figma layouts into multiple sizes and formats for social media and paid ads
- Prepare and export clean static assets ready for publishing
- Clean up product screenshots and create website visuals
- Update design files based on feedback quickly and accurately
- Help with video-adjacent tasks: covers, thumbnails, subtitles, motion-ready layouts, launch packs
What we're looking for
- Early in your career but with a solid grasp of typography, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- You can adapt one design into several formats without breaking it
- Fast, but not careless — you notice when something looks off
- Open to feedback, proactive, and genuinely curious about learning
- Speaks Russian and communicates clearly
- Can share examples of previous visual work (a perfect portfolio is not required — just show us you care about quality)
- Comfortable with a startup pace and flexible hours (global team — some reviews and syncs happen later in the day)
AI-friendly mindset
We use a lot of AI tools in our creative and production process — for ideas, copy, structure, image generation, workflows, research, and faster execution. You don't need to be an AI expert already, but you should be genuinely open to learning with us. The ideal candidate thinks: "How can we do this faster, cleaner, and smarter?"
Nice to have
- Basic motion design or video editing experience
- Familiarity with After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar
- Experience with paid social ads, SaaS, tech, logistics, or startup content
- Comfortable with Notion, Slack, or AI tools
